According to robogato, Advogato was brought to life in Nov. 1999 by raph. Remember the 5th of November?

Celebration is in order! We shall open new accounts creation from now till the end or an unspecified date/time in Nov. , if jokers EVER decide to visit as well... ( like last time in Feb 2012 ? ...)

Tomorrow is Halloween, what you gonna do ? What you gonna be? boiling lobster in a BIG pot, perhaps? at Farmer's market everywhere....

Well, I missed the anniversary, but I am pleased to see the reports of the site's demise have been exaggerated.
