MailManager is designed to help teams deal with large volumes of email going to organizational addresses such as email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
Service levels can be set and then performance can be measured against these SLAs. There are also tools to make it easier to deal with mail quickly including a respository of standard attachments and reply templates.
There is an assignment engine that will either assign incoming mail on a round robin basis or based on who the customer is.
MailManager is based on Python & Zope and requires either PostgreSQL or MySQL.
