The Open Business Engine is an open source workflow engine written in Java. OBE is designed to act as a general purpose application controller. OBE workflows are written in XML (or are designed using the OBEDesigner tool) and are uploaded to an OBE server. OBE workflows consist of Tasks, Conditions and Stop Points.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
