Notes: OpenLDAP is based off of the old Univ of Mich LDAP code. It strives for LDAPv3 compliance. LDAP is a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol and is used by many thing, including Netscape's Navigator Browser, Mail Servers, etc...
Manu: It is used by many organisations and companies. I think is is one of the most used LDAP server...
