Notes: Goctave is a GNOME-based frontend to GNU Octave. Among other things, it adds macro support, cut-and-paste, improved online help, and a spreadsheet interface to edit matrices. Also included is a function library with numerous general utility functions, both in Octave and C++. Features planned for the future include execution of Octave on a remote server and a much enhanced graphing interface.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
