mpap is a simple mp3 player for OpenStep and Mac OS X, supporting plug-in "display modes" (more versatile than just "skins"). Development has become more and more sluggish, especially since Apple is releasing more new mp3 players every so often, but the plan is to put together a new release in time for the official release of Mac OS X on March 24, 2001.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
