neon is an HTTP and WebDAV client library with a C interface. neon features a high-level interface for using HTTP and DAV methods, and a low-level interface which allows the programmer to implement new methods quickly and easily.

neon supports persistent connections, basic and digest authentication, proxy servers (including authentication), and basic TLS/SSL (using OpenSSL). The WebDAV interface includes functions to easily retrieve property values, set or delete properties, as well as basic resource manipulation (move, copy etc.).
